NOTES
I didn’t do 1/2 c of honey. I just squirt some around. I also added cayenne pepper to chicken (forgot red pepper flakes) In instant pot- Sauté onion, ginger, garlic with chicken ~5 minutes each side. Then pressure cook on manual for 7 minutes. Stir in a little corn starch to thicken sauce as you sauté for a few more minutes while shredding chicken.
