instant coffee

heavy cream

1/2 cup

milk

1/4 cup

Baileys Irish Cream

1 tbsp

butter

1 tbsp

pure vanilla extract

1 cup

cold heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup

powdered sugar

1 tbsp

cornstarch

1/4 tsp

mint extract (add ½ teaspoon if you want a stronger mint flavor)

drops green food coloring

OPTIONAL: chocolate sauce, plain whipped cream, andys mint candy for garnish, and green sprinkles for garnish
