fresh lemon juice (you’ll need about 1 medium lemon for the juice and fresh lemon zest in this recipe)

2 tsp

fresh lemon zest

1 cup

almond meal (make sure it is the kind without the almond skins)

1/2 tsp

pure almond extract

kosher salt

sliced almonds
