INGREDIENTS
Unsweetened coconut flakes- 1 14-15 ounce package (about 5 cups).
Sugar Alternative- equivalent to 2/3 cup of sugar. I use granular alternative.
Salt- a dash.
Flour- 6 tablespoons.
Egg whites- 4.
Vanilla Extract (can sub in almond or other extract)- 1 1/2 teaspoons.
Optional-sugar free melted chocolate to drizzle over finished cookies.
