One Pot Sausage, Cabbage, and Potatoes Dinner

EACH onion powder, dried thyme

Optional: 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

and 1/2 cups chicken stock, (separated*)

medium cabbage, (quartered and cut into 1/2-inch pieces)

baby carrots, (halved)

Fine sea salt and freshly cracked pepper

Parmesan cheese OR dijonaise (see below)

fresh flat leaf parsley, (finely chopped)

whole grain dijon mustard
