Baby Bell Mushrooms, sliced

1 can

Organic Coconut Milk (I like Native Foods, full fat but either will work)

16 oz

Organic Green Beans, trimmed and chop into thirds.

Salt & Pepper

Gluten-free Panko Crumbs (optional - for those who follow a Paleo-ish meal plan)
