Thai Peanut Noodles w/ a Spicy Peanut Sauce

creamy peanut butter (or cashew butter!)

small cloves fresh garlic (peeled and roughly chopped)

inch cube fresh ginger (peeled and roughly chopped)

teriyaki sauce

soy sauce (tamari, or coconut aminos (use 3 tbsp coconut aminos if you avoid soy))

juice and zest of one fresh lime

1 tsp

Sriracha chili sauce (to taste)

1 tbsp

toasted sesame oil

salt & pepper (to taste (if needed at all))

1 lb

pasta of choice or fresh veggie noodles of choice

fresh red bell pepper (diced)

fresh yellow bell pepper (diced)
