lowfat chocolate milk, 1/2 of it frozen into cubes

frozen banana

2 tbsp

unsweetened whey protein powder

1 tbsp

peanut butter

1 tbsp

unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp

instant espresso powder (or finely ground coffee)

Granola for topping the smoothie (I used peanut butter flavored granola)
