Halloumi, chorizo & tomato skewers with honey lime dressing

Lime (juice & zest)

Honey

White wine or cider vinegar

Salad, leaves

8 ounces ‘log’ of halloumi ( cut into large(ish) cubes (at least 1.5 inches square))
