warm milk (the temperature should be between 105-115 degrees F)

unsalted butter, melted (but not hot)

all-purpose flour

Kosher salt

1/2 cup

granulated white sugar

Cinnamon-Sugar Filling:

1/2 cup

unsalted butter, softened

1 cup

dark brown sugar

2 tbsp

cinnamon

1/2 cup

heavy cream

Cream Cheese Frosting:

8 oz

regular cream cheese

6 tbsp

unsalted butter, softened

2 cups

powdered sugar

1/2 tbsp

pure vanilla extract
