The steak was good but felt that the directions were all over the place. I overcooked the veggies and burned them. I’d recommend to go lower on the heat just Incase. Also, the Polenta has a distinctive taste so make less if you’ve never tried it before. Overall a great idea but when made, it good but not great in our opinion.
