Spinach Fritters aka “Spinach Pakoras”

fresh spinach (washed and dried)

white onion (chopped)

3/4 cup

all purpose flour

1/2 tsp

chili powder

1/2 tsp

turmeric

1/4 tsp

salt

1/2 tsp

cumin

1/3 cup

water (or more as needed)

Oil for frying (I used corn oil)
