Creamy Mushroom and Leek Pasta

mushrooms (white or brown will do just fine)

reduced sodium chicken broth

heavy whipping cream

chopped Dill (fresh or frozen (use parsley if you don't have access to dill))

1/2 tsp

salt (or to taste)

1/8 tsp

pepper (or to taste)

Parmesan to serve
