INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup
pitted dates (6-7 large medjool dates - 6 worked for us!)
1 cup
raw pecans
2 tbsp
toasted coconut flakes (toast in a saucepan on medium heat, continuously stirring until fragrant and lightly browned)
1/4 tsp
sea salt (plus more to sprinkle on top!)
1 tbsp
coconut oil (start with 1 and add in an additional to get it to clump in processor.)
1 tsp
vanilla
1/4 cup
chocolate chunks (I used enjoy life for dairy free)
