non-dairy milk

1 1/2 tbsp

pumpkin puree, unsweetened

1/4 tsp

pumpkin pie spice

(add additional spices if desired: cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, turmeric, cayenne...)

1/8 tsp

or a few drops of vanilla extract (opt'l)

1 tsp

maple syrup (depending on how sweet you like it)

sea salt

Topping: soy or coconut whip
