– 1 package (approximately 1 lb) of your favorite bite sized pasta

– 2 cups of frozen peas & carrots (or fresh if you’d prefer)

– 1 1/2 cups of mayonnaise

– 1/4 cup sour cream

– 2 tbsp. sugar

– 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

– 2 tbsp. mustard

– sprinkle of salt & pepper

– 1 cup of cheddar cubed
