PREPARATION

. Preheat oven to 375ºF/190ºC.

. Slice potatoes in half, then take the half and quarter it.

. Whisk the eggs in a small bowl.

. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.

. Coat each wedge in egg wash, then coat in dry mix until entirely covered.

. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.

. Serve with ketchup, and enjoy!

head of broccoli, cut into small florets

scallions, thinly sliced

large garlic cloves, minced

shredded cheddar cheese

egg, beaten

bread crumbs

PREPARATION

. Preheat oven to 400˚F/200˚C.

. Fill a medium saucepan with water and a generous pinch of salt and bring to a boil.

. Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for about 2 minutes. Drain and run cold water over to stop the broccoli from cooking. Finely chop the cooked broccoli.

. In a mixing bowl, add broccoli, scallions, garlic, cheddar, egg, and bread crumbs. Add Sriracha, if you want more of a kick. Mix well and chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

. Shape the mixture into tot shapes and spread them evenly on a greased baking sheet.

. Bake for 8-9 minutes. Flip and then bake for an additional 8-9 minutes on the other side until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!

12-pack of dinner rolls or Hawaiian sweet rolls

cooked chicken

BBQ sauce

red onion, thinly sliced

slices pepper jack cheese

PREPARATION

. Preheat oven to 350°F/175°C.

. Slice the entire pack of rolls in half lengthwise.

. Place the bottom half on a 9x13 baking tray.

. Spread the chicken evenly over the rolls, followed by the BBQ sauce, red onion, Jack cheese, and parsley.

. Place the remaining half of the rolls on top and brush with melted butter.

. Bake for 20 minutes.
