Spicy Italian Ground Pork Sausage, cooked and drained same way as the beef

Olive Oil

Medium Red Onions, Rough Chop

Medium Green Bell Peppers, cored, seeded and rough chop

Diced Tomatoes with Juice

1 can

Crushed Tomatoes with Juice

2 cans

Spicy Chili Beans, drained and rinsed

2 tbsp

Chili Powder

1/2 cup

Worcestershire Sauce

Bottle (12 Oz) Porter Beer (or a stout)

Medium Roma Tomatoes, cut into 1 inch slices

For garnish Jalapeno Pepper Slices (If needed), a dollop of Sour Cream and Green onion slices
