pineapple juice (from the can of rings)

coconut sugar, or more*

plus 1 teaspoon cornstarch

1/2 tsp

garlic powder

cooked chickpeas, or 2 (15oz) cans

1/2 cup

walnuts

1/2 cup

corn, mounded

1/2 cup

oats

1/4 cup

onion, diced (use a ring or 2 from the "topping" onion)

and 1/2 Tablespoons onion powder

2 tsp

garlic powder

smoked paprika

Himalayan salt to taste, I use slightly less than 1 teaspoon
