unsweetened vanilla nondairy milk

1 cup

romaine or other mild lettuce

packet lite Energen-C or other vitamin C powder

1 tsp

chia seeds

small springs fresh parsley

drops vanilla stevia (or sweetener of your choice, to taste)

1 tbsp

cashews

1/4 tsp

lemon zest

juice from 1/8 of medium lemon

1 1/2 cups

frozen blueberries (use 1 cup if you do not have a powerful blender)
