Recipe: Pomegranate Glazed Shrimp

-1 tablespoon butter

-1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

-1 clove garlic, minced

-2 cups pomegranate juice

-¼ cup white sugar

-2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

-1 pound large shrimp, peeled and cleaned (keep the tails on)

-3 tablespoons butter

-Kosher salt

-Serve with steamed Jasmine rice
