Kiwi (peeled {for sweetness and fiber})

Avocado {for creaminess (and vitamin E, folate and all sorts of other health benefits})

Spinach for protein (and iron and well you know spinach will turn you into Popeye- do I really need to explain? )

+ cup Almond milk {to substitute for a sugary juice (but you can use apple or orange juice if thats what you have on hand})

tsp+ honey (optional. {natural sweetener.} )
