INGREDIENTS
wooden skewers - 8 (pre-soaked in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning)
okra - 12 pieces or about 4 pieces per person

garlic - 1 clove finely chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)
salt and pepper -
chili peppers - 1 bird eye chill either sliced or just bashed with a knife depending on how hot you like it (optional)
lime juice - juice of 1 lime
