Vegan Chocolate Pudding

INGREDIENTS

Pudding:

16 oz

silken tofu, about 2 1/3 cups

2 tbsp

raw cacao powder (or cocoa powder)*

3 tbsp

maple or agave syrup

1 tbsp

coconut milk or melted coconut oil for a richer texture**

1/4 tsp

pink Himalayan salt

* Add even more cacao or a chocolate protein powder for extra chocolate flavor!

** Or you can sub these options with 1/4 cup soaked cashews or 2 Tbsp your fave nut butter

Fresh fruit to garnish: try fresh red berries or sliced banana
