Glass jars For storing finished yogurt

1 gal

Milk

1/2 cup

Yogurt

Canning funnel (optional)

Cheesecloth (for Greek style yogurt)

Food thermometer

Ladle

Slow cooker

Strainer of Colander (for Greek style yogurt)

Large towel or two (beach towel size)

Whisk (silicone is best)
