Powdered Sugar

Heavy Cream or Whole Milk

Vanilla Extract (or ½ teaspoon almond, peppermint, or rum extract)
Optional: 4 ounces Cream Cheese, softened (adds a little creamy tang and makes the frosting less sweet)
