brown sugar OR ½ cup erythritol plus 1 teaspoon of molasses

1/4 cup

melted butter or Earth Balance

2 tsp

vanilla extract

eggs or 1 tablespoon Ener-g egg replacer plus ¼ cup water

1/4 cup

unsweetened almond milk

chocolate, chopped

3/4 cup

sweetened condensed milk (I love using my healthy homemade version)
