pumpkin pie spice (OR 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon, 1 teaspoon allspice, ½ teaspoon nutmeg, and ¼ teaspoon cloves)

white whole wheat flour

chocolate chips (I like to use mini chocolate chips)
