chocolate almond milk ((or 1 cup unsweetened almond milk and 1 tbsp cocoa powder))

1 cup

frozen cherries ((or fresh, pitted))

very ripe banana

heaping tbsp natural peanut butter ((or 2 tbsp if you really love PB like I do!))

cinnamon

ice cubes ((optional, but highly recommeded if you use fresh cherries instead of frozen))
