Taco Meat:

1 lb

grass-fed ground beef

1 tbsp

oil of choice

1 tsp

paprika

1 tsp

chili powder

1 tsp

garlic powder

1 tsp

onion powder

1/2 tsp

fine sea salt

1/4 tsp

black pepper

1/4 tsp

dried oregano

salsa, you can use salsa verde as well

Optional: 1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder

Sautéd Peppers and Onions:
