Healthy Cauliflower Fried “Rice”

Ginger, ground

Green onions

1/2 cup

Peas, frozen

Yellow onion, small

Eggs

1/4 cup

Soy sauce, low sodium

1 tbsp

Brown sugar, light

1 pinch

Red pepper flakes

1 tbsp

Sesame oil


NOTES

  • Added 2 cloves of minced garlic, 2 TBS of sesame oil instead of just one, did one whole bag of frozen steamable carrots and peas (separated some to not mix in for kiddos)
