INGREDIENTS
Pure pumpkin puree- 2 tablespoons (or... 1 teaspoon of Pumpkin Syrup + 1 1/2 tablespoons of Greek Yogurt)
Milk- 1 cup, can be whole (best for taste), evaporated, skim, etc. I have even used Almond Milk.
Sugar alternative- 1 tablespoon equivalent to sugar.
Pumpkin pie spice- 1/2 teaspoon and as needed on top (see post for details).
Pure vanilla extract- 1/2 teaspoon. Pure works best however, you can use your imitation if you do not have the pure stuff.
Prepared Hot Coffee- can be espresso or something really strong. 1/4 cup hot.
Whipped cream- as needed for topping.
