1 huge handful (a cup or so) fresh parsley leaves and stems
I cooked the lentils too long and tried putting them in the food processor too early. So it was not the right texture. I used a cookie scoop to put them on to the cookie sheet which worked great. I baked some and fried some. The flavor was good but a pretty time consuming meal over all...especially once you realize this is only a portion of the total meal. Probably won’t do this again.
