Basic Smoothie

rolled oats
1/4 cup
plus 2 tablespoons chia seeds
6 cups
milk (I used almond milk)
1 cup
plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp
vanilla extract
2 tsp
pure stevia extract
Add these to make each smoothie personalized
Strawberry banana: 1/2 cup strawberries (1 banana)
Cherry Vanilla: 1 cup frozen or fresh pitted cherries (1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
Peanut Butter Chocolate: 2 tablespoons peanut butter (2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder)
Blueberry Coconut: 1/2 cup blueberries (2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut)
Apple Cinnamon: 1/2 unsweetened applesauce (2 teaspoons ground cinnamon)
Orange Cranberry: 1 peeled orange (2 tablespoons cranberries)
