Ground cumin

1 tbsp

Sea salt

2 tsps

Ground coriander

1 tap

Paprika

Freshly ground black pepper

Garlic powder

1/2 tap

Cayenne pepper

3 lbs

Flank steak

Olive oil for grill


NOTES

  • Double or even triple the rub to keep some on hand for next time. This rub would be delicious on chicken as well. If you aren’t able to grill the steak, you can pan fry on the stovetop or even broil it in the oven
