1 cup

white chocolate chips (use less, to taste, if desired)

1 cup

butterscotch chips (use less, to taste, if desired)

3 tbsp

bourbon, optional and to taste

2 tbsp

vanilla extract

salt, optional and to taste

about 3 tablespoons butter-flavored olive oil (or another oil such as canola or vegetable), optional and if necessary
