Generous pinch of salt

your favourite barbecue sauce

carrots (peeled and cut into pieces)

shallots (chopped into large chunks, if they are small they can go in whole)

5 cloves

garlic (leave whole)

2 tbsp

olive oil (more if needed as you cook)

2 tbsp

butter (more if needed as you cook)

1 tbsp

herbes de provence

Generous pinch of salt and pepper
