Perfect Rice Pilaf

Chicken broth, low-sodium

1/3 cup

Vermicelli or orzo

White rice, long-grain

Black pepper, ground

Kosher sea salt

Paprika

Olive oil

Butter, unsalted


NOTES

  • I made a double batch of this. The rice was good enough for three meals. We used two meals for dinner and leftovers, and I used the third portion of it and froze it in the freezer.
