Ground Turkey - 450 grams (1 lbs)
Onion - 1 cup chopped fine.
Garlic - 1 tbsp minced
Ginger - 1 tbsp grated
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp (approximately)
Fresh Parsley - 1/2 cup chopped
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
All spice powder - 1/4 tsp (optional)
Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp
Paprika powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp (optional)
Salt and pepper
Lemon Juice- 1 tbsp
Kebab skewers - soaked in water for half hour.
