olive oil

white wine vinegar

finely chopped green bell pepper

1 tbsp

minced onion

1 tsp

dry mustard

2 tsp

paprika

2 tsp

Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp

chile powder

1/4 cup

water

2 tbsp

tomato paste

1 lb

lean ground beef

1 tsp

chile powder

1/4 tsp

salt

1 dash

cayenne pepper

head iceberg lettuce, rinsed and thoroughly drained, and then chopped

bag Fritos original corn chips

1 can

black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup

grated cheddar cheese

ears of corn

1 cup

chopped tomatoes

1/2 cup

green bell peppers, sliced (whatever is left over from the dressing)

1/4 cup

thinly sliced white onion or green onions

Optional: black olives, avocado, minced fresh jalapenos
