This turned out well. Our go-to method for cooking frozen chicken is to bake at 375 F for about about 30 minutes or until juices run clear. I set a stopwatch to see what the total elapsed time would be with this pressure cooker approach, and it was about 35 minutes, so maybe a slight time advantage when taking into account preheating time for the oven. Taste and consistency wise it was very close to our oven method. 👍
Perfect every time. For more flavor add a good quality chicken stock instead of water.
