baking powder (homemade) (or add 1 tsp apple cider vinegar)

soda

palm oil, coconut oil or almond butter ( OR 1 1/2 sticks cold butter)

 lbs. grass fed ground beef (or ground turkey)

garlic (optional.. but we love it!)

onion powder (also optional)

1/2 tsp

dried thyme

1/2 tsp

dried basil

1/2 tsp

1/4 tsp

dried oregano

1/4 tsp

dried marjoram

1/4 tsp

nutmeg

Any or all of the seasonings are optional... but this is the way we like it... and we like it a lot! 🙂
