Rotel (or two 15 oz cans of petite diced tomatoes and two 4 oz cans of chopped green chilies
It is easy and cost effective because it makes a big, big batch. I always make this and we eat half and freeze half. I love that only onions need to be chopped, otherwise, brown the meat, dump out all the cans, and on your way! I absolutely recommend!
