chicken (you can use breasts, tenderloins, thighs, wings), washed and fat removed

6 tbsp

honey

3 tbsp

soy sauce (can use low sodium)

garlic cloves, minced

3 tbsp

vegetable oil

1/2 tsp

ground ginger

salt and pepper, you may omit the salt if you are not using low sodium soy sauce
