All-purpose flour
1/4 tsp
Black pepper, ground
1 tsp
Salt
2 cups
Cheddar cheese
3 1/2 cups
Milk
1/4 cup
Parmesan cheese, grated
NOTES
Double all spices. Add salt. Top with parmesan. Would be good served as a side for steak or something.
