Blackened Shrimp Salad with Mango Vinaigrette (Whole30)

raw shrimp, deveined. peeled (optional but suggested)

tbsp blackened seasoning

avocado oil

Spinach

2 cups

mixed greens

cucumber, sliced into ribbons

carrot, thinly spiced

watermelon radish, thinly sliced

avocados, cut into wedges

mangoes (1.5 for the dressing, 1.5 for the salad)

small shallot, diced

Juice from 3 limes (or any combination of lemon, lime, and orange)
