For the Yogurt Tahini Sauce:

sesame paste (tahini)

plain Greek-style yogurt

water

1 tbsp

lemon juice

1 clove

garlic (peeled and finely minced)

Salt and ground black pepper (to taste)

Optional: 1 to 2 teaspoons water
