pure maple syrup

tomato paste

low-sodium soy sauce (tamari or a GF soy sauce if you're gluten free!)
1 tbsp
molasses
Stir in after cooking:
2 tbsp
molasses
1 tbsp
yellow mustard
1 tbsp
apple cider vinegar
1 tsp
liquid smoke (optional, but tasty!)
