rolled oats (GF if necessary)

1/2 cup

oat flour (GF if necessary)*

cinnamon

1 cup

non-dairy milk (I use unsweetened almond milk)

1/4 cup

pure maple syrup

1 cup

sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup

raspberries (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup

blackberries (or blueberries - fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup

crushed pecans

coconut oil, for greasing
