“This is a white cake with a cheesecake type frosting. You use fruit to decorate it like a flag or any other way.”
INGREDIENTS
1 box
white cake mix
1 1/4 cs
water
1/3 c
vegetable oil
3
eggs
1 1/4 cs
powdered sugar
1 t
vanilla extract
1 t
lemon juice
8 ozs
cream cheese, softened
1 pint
whipping cream
1 can
cherry pie filling
1 can
blueberry pie filling
NOTES
Not sure on the baking time. My mom left that part out. You can switch out pie filling for fresh fruit. I have also used 2 c. of fresh strawberries and 2 boxes of danish dessert to top it.
